1. Return Policy for Physical Books
If you have purchased a physical book from our website, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The book must be unused and in original condition.
- The product should be returned with its original packaging.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products / E-Books once downloaded
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products returned after the allowed return period
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Order Cancellation
